NBC's TODAY is #1 for Week in Key Demo

NBC's TODAY is the #1 morning show in the key demo, beating Good Morning America for the week of February 3. TODAY posted its best total viewer and A25-54 viewer deliveries since the second week of the London Olympics. TODAY posted the largest year-to-year growth in all ratings categories.

TODAY Highlights:

--TODAY was the #1 morning news program among A25-54 viewers, beating GMA by +1% (+18,000)

--TODAY was #1 for the week in rating W/M/A25-54, tied with GMA

--TODAY was the outright #1 broadcast in rating W/M/A18-49

--TODAY posted its best total viewer and A25-54 viewer deliveries since the week of 8/6/2012 (week #2 of London Olympics)

--This was TODAY's narrowest total viewer gap with GMA (-158,000) since the week of 8/6/2012 (last TODAY P2+ win)

--TODAY posted the largest year-to-year growth in all ratings categories

--TODAY narrowed P2+ gap by 75% versus the same week last year and by 80% compared to the current 1Q'14 average

--TODAY was the only morning news program to see its total viewer audience grow (+6%) week-to-week

--TODAY won Thursday and Friday mornings by an average +190,000 total viewers and +326,000 A25-54 viewers
