TODAY's Al Roker will HIT THE ROAD next week to "Lend a Hand" to some of the hardest hit communities devastated by hurricanes this year. Roker's trip begins Tuesday, November 14 in Spring, Texas and continues to San Juan, Puerto Rico (Wednesday), St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands (Wednesday) and Key West, Florida (Thursday). In each city, Roker will surprise a local organization with a "Lend a Hand Today" donation.

During the trip, at each "Lend a Hand Today" stop, Roker will highlight the people and organizations that have aided in local hurricane relief efforts. With help from several generous companies, including Belfor, Lowe's, Bloomberg Philanthropies, Walmart, Staples, Publix and Orphan Grain Train, Roker will present each organization with scores of essential items they need to continue serving their communities and help them rebuild.

After each stop, viewers can log on to TODAY.com for more information on each organization and how to offer support. In addition, a complete list of the companies donating to "Lend a Hand Today" will be available on the website.
