NBC's THIS IS US Sets Another New Record for Biggest L+3 Lift Ever for Tuesday Broadcast

Last week's telecast of THIS IS US has set another new record for the biggest L+3 lift for any Tuesday telecast on any broadcast network in total viewers, increasing by more than 5 million persons.

The Feb. 21 "This Is Us" grew by +5.022 million viewers (9.367 million to 14.389 million), the biggest L+3 lift yet for "This Is Us" and breaking the record for the biggest L+3 lift on record for a Tuesday telecast on any broadcast network set two weeks earlier by the Feb. 7 "This Is Us" (+5.014 million viewers, from 9.565 million to 14.579 million).

In 18-49, the Feb. 21 "This Is Us" increased by a series-record +80% (from a 2.48 rating to a 4.46) going from "live plus same day" ratings from Nielsen Media Research to "live plus three day" Npower Nielsen figures. The increase of +1.98 rating points was the night's biggest L+3 lift in 18-49 rating.

On Monday Feb. 20, NBC's "Timeless" grew +69% in 18-49 rating going from L+SD to L+3 (increasing from a 0.89 to a 1.50), for the biggest L+3 lift of the night on the Big 4 in 18-49 percentage.

On Wednesday Feb. 22, NBC's "Chicago P.D." nabbed the night's biggest total-viewer lift (+2.925 million persons, from 6.676 million in L+SD to 9.601 million in L+3) and "Blindspot" generated the biggest 18-49 percentage lift on the Big 4 networks (+59%, 0.83 to 1.32).
