NBC's "The Voice" has finished #1 for the Week of March 14-20 in adults 18-49 among primetime shows on the Big 4 networks and has joined with "Little Big Shots" to account for three of the week's top-five telecasts in that demo.
Monday's "Voice" ranked #1 in adults 18-49, Tuesday's "Voice" finished #3 and Sunday's "Little Big Shots" tied for #4. Also delivering top-25 ratings in 18-49 were Tuesday's 10 p.m. "Crowded" preview (tied for #16) and Monday's "Blindspot" (tied for #19). Rankings exclude sports pre- and post-game shows.
NBC finished #2 for the week in total viewers, tied for #2 in adults 25-54 and tied for #1 in women 25-54.
NBC maintained 100% of its 18-49 rating for the same week last year (1.4 vs. 1.4) and was up +3% in total viewers (6.2 million vs. 6.1 million).
Monday's "Voice" also ranked #1 for the week in adults, men and women 25-54 and "Little Big Shots" ranked #1 among primetime Big 4 programs in kids 2-11. In total viewers,
NBC also accounted for three of the week's top-five shows on ABC, CBS,
NBC and Fox, with "LBS" ranking #2 for the week.
Season to date,
NBC is running within 0.1 of a rating point of #1 behind Super Bowl-boosted
CBS in adults 18-49 and is tied for #1 among the Big 4 networks in adults 18-34 and women 18-34.
NBC's total-viewer average of 8.538 million is the network's highest at this point in a season without a
SUPER BOWL or Olympic boost since 2006-07 (9.480 million).
Primetime averages for the week of March 14-20 in adults 18-49 are: CBS, 1.6 rating, 6 share; ABC, 1.5/5; NBC, 1.4/5; Fox, 1.0/4 and CW, 0.2/1. In overall total viewers, the weekly averages were: CBS, 7.7 million; NBC, 6.2 million; ABC, 5.5 million; Fox, 3.9 million; and CW, 0.8 million.
"Most current" averages for the season to date are: CBS, 2.4/8; NBC, 2.3/8; Fox, 2.0/7; ABC, 1.9/6; and CW, 0.8/3. In overall total viewers, the season averages are: CBS, 11.4 million; NBC, 8.5 million; ABC, 6.8 million; Fox, 6.2 million; and CW, 2.0 million.
