NBC's THE VOICE, BLINDSPOT Sweep 6 of 6 Half Hours in Key Demo

NBC's "The Voice" (2.2/7 in 18-49, 9.9 million viewers overall from 8-10:01 p.m. ET): Is the #1 program of the night on the Big 4 networks in adults 18-49 and every other key demographic (including a tie in men 18-34).

On a night of strong NBA Playoff competition, is retaining 100% of last week's 2.2 rating in these preliminary fast-affiliate ratings in 18-49 and 96% of last week's 2.3 in official nationals.

Wins by a +38% margin in the 8-10 p.m. time period in adults 18-49 (2.2 vs. 1.6 for ABC's #2 "Dancing With the Stars"), up from last week's +15% (2.3 vs. 2.0 in official nationals).

Will add substantial viewership via time-shifting and VOD - the prior week's "Voice" increased by +23% going from "live plus same day" to "live plus three day" ratings in adults 18-49 (from a 2.29 rating to a 2.82) and by 1.7 million viewers overall (10.4 million to 12.1 million).

Upscale: Monday's "Voice" has delivered a solidly upscale audience, indexing at a 117 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes ("most current," including L+3). The previous Monday's "Voice" was the night's #1 most upscale telecast on the Big 4, indexing at a 125 among adults 18-49 living in $100K+ homes

"Blindspot" (1.3/4 in 18-49, 5.6 million viewers overall from 10:01-11 p.m. ET): Is close to rounding up to a 1.4 (currently reporting a 1.345 in these prelim fast-affiliate ratings).

On a night of strong NBA Playoff competition on TNT, is currently retaining 93% week to week in 18-49 (1.3 vs. 1.4) and is up +2% in total viewers (5.641 million vs. 5.532 million) to a three-week high (best since 6.0 million on March 28), pending updates.

Ranks #1 in the slot among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54 and women 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54.

Will grow dramatically via time-shifting and VOD viewership:

Last week's "Blindspot" grew by +67% going from L+SD to L+3 ratings in 18-49 (1.37 to 2.29) and by more than 3.0 million viewers overall (5.5 million to 8.6 million).

"Blindspot" delivered Monday's biggest L+3 lifts in 18-49 rating (+0.92) and total viewers (+3.035 million).

L+7: "Blindspot" has increased by +80% this season in 18-49 rating (from a 2.10 to a 3.78) and 5.2 million viewers overall (7.7 million to 12.9 million) going from L+SD to L+7.

Upscale: "Blindspot" is generating a strong upscale audience, indexing at a 125 among adults 18-49 living in home with $100K+ incomes ("most current," including L+3).

In Late-Night Metered Markets Monday Night: In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.3/6 with an encore telecast; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 2.2/6; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.9/5.

In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.8/4 with an encore; "Late Show," 0.4/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.5/3.

From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.3/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.1/4 in metered-market households with an encore) beat CBS's first-run "Late Late Show" (1.0/4). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.4/3 in 18-49 with an encore) topped "Late Late Show" (0.3/2).

At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.8/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.3/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.

For the Week: NBC has tied for the weeklong ratings victory in primetime results for the week of April 11-17 in the key demographic of adults 18-49, as well as adults 25-54, according to "live plus same day" figures from Nielsen Media Research.

Monday and Tuesday telecasts of "The Voice" tied for the #2 show of the week among primetime programs on the Big 4 networks in adults 18-49 and they were joined in the Nielsen Top 25 by Sunday's "Little Big Shots" (tied for #9), Wednesday's special "Voice" (tied for #9), Tuesday's "Silence" preview (tied for #20), Monday's "Blindspot" (tied for #20) and Thursday's "Blacklist" (tied for #20).

In total viewers, NBC delivered three of the week's five most watched primetime shows on ABC, CBS, NBC or Fox, with Tuesday's "Voice" (#2), "Little Big Shots" (#3) and Monday's "Voice" (#5).

"Little Big Shots" also ranked #2 for the week on the Big 4 in kids 2-11 and tied for #2 in teens 12-17.

NBC grew versus the same week last year by +9% in adults 18-49 (with a 1.2 rating vs. a 1.1), +6% in adults 25-54 (1.7 vs. 1.6) and +13% in total viewers (5.7 million vs. 5.0 million).

Season to date, NBC is running within 0.2 of a rating point of #1 behind Super Bowl-boosted CBS in adults 18-49 and is tied for #1 in adults 18-34.

NBC's total-viewer average of 8.353 million is the network's highest at this point in a season without a SUPER BOWL or Olympic boost since 2006-07 (9.190 million).
