"Chicago P.D.'s" 88% retention of its lead-in compares with 74% for "Stalker" (1.7 vs. 2.3 for "Criminal Minds") and 54% for ABC's "Nashville" (1.5 vs. 2.8 for "Black-ish").

"Law & Order: SVU" (1.7/5 in 18-49, 7.6 million viewers overall from 9-10 p.m. ET) grew +6%versus the same night last year in 18-49 rating (1.7 vs. 1.6 mon Oct. 9, 2013) and was up +21% in total viewers (7.648 million vs 6.312 million). In the time period, "SVU" ranked #2 among the Big 4 networks in adults, men and women 18-34.
"Law & Order: SVU" built on its 18-49 lead-in by 31%.
"The Mysteries of Laura" (1.3/4 in 18-49, 8.5 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET) is currently running within a tenth of a point of last week's preliminary 1.4 in these fast-national ratings in 18-49, and within 0.2 of a point of last week's 1.5 in official nationals.
In the time period, "The Mysteries of Laura" ranks #2 in total viewers and is up +71% versus NBC's regular-program average in the time period last season (8.535 million vs. 4.990 million).
"The Mysteries of Laura" grew from half-hour to half-hour in every key measure, including gains of +8% in adults 18-49 (to a 1.3 rating from a 1.2), +17% in adults 25-54 (2.1 vs. 1.8) and +17% in women 25-54 (2.7 vs. 2.3).
