NBC's MEET THE PRESS is #1 Sunday Show in Key Demo

NBC's MEET THE PRESS (MTP) was the most-watched Sunday show in the A25-54 demo with 1.198 million viewers, outperforming its competition by double-digits: +12 percent more than CBS' "Face the Nation" and +20 percent more than ABC's "This Week." MTP delivered its biggest audience in the demo since Feb. 2, 2014 and its third straight demo win over "This Week."

Despite being rated for 16 minutes more than CBS' half-hour, MTP was just 86,000 viewers short of a total viewer win, closing in on CBS by 81 percent week-over-week. Delivering 3.912 million total viewers, this also marks MTP's third back-to-back total viewer win over "This Week." MTP continues its strong momentum with double-digit growth in both total viewers (+28 percent) and the A25-54 demo (+29 percent) compared to the same time last year.

With triple-digit advantages across-the-board over network competition, MTP continues to dominate the influential Washington, D.C. market, ranking #1 every Sunday it has aired since March of last year. MTP delivered an additional 1.485 million total viewers and 405,000 A25-54 viewers with rebroadcasts on the NBC network and on MSNBC.
