· It's currently the most-watched annual "Macy's 4th of July" special since 2012 (8.1 million).
· Is the #1 show of the night on ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX in adults 18-49, total viewers and all other key measures.
· Generates growth throughout its two hours, with this track: 0.9, 1.0, 1.3, 1.7.
· Increases by +89% from its first half-hour to its fourth in 18-49 rating (0.9 to 1.7) and +82% or +4.8 million persons in total viewers (5.8 million vs. 10.6 million).

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline," averaged a 0.9/3 in metered-market households and a 0.2/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, ratings were: "Late Night with Seth Meyers," 0.8/3 in metered-market households with an encore; CBS's "Late Late Show," 0.9/3 with an encore.
