NBC's DECEPTION is Up Week-to-Week to Equal Previous Top Rating

From 10:01-11 p.m. ET, Deception (1.2/3 in 18-49, 3.3 million viewers overall) is up a tenth of a point week to week (to a 1.2 from a 1.1) to equal its top rating since January 21. Note that Deception faced special competition last night from ABC's BACHELOR: AFTER THE FINAL ROSE. In total viewers, Deception is currently at its second-biggest result (3.336 million) in the six weeks since January 28, trailing over that stretch only last week's 3.350 million (pending updates).

* From 8-10:01 p.m. ET, The Biggest Loser (1.9 rating, 5 share in adults 18-49, 5.6 million viewers overall) grew from its first hour to its second by 24 percent in 18-49 rating (to a 2.1 from a 1.7) and 14 percent in total viewers (5.9 million vs. 5.2 million).

In Late-Night Metered Markets Monday night:

* In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: THE TONIGHT SHOW WITH Jay Leno, 2.8/7; CBS's LATE SHOW WITH David Letterman, 2.4/6; and ABC's Jimmy Kimmel LIVE, 2.1/5 with an encore.

* In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 Wednesday results were: THE TONIGHT SHOW WITH Jay Leno, 0.7/3; LATE SHOW, 0.5/2; and Jimmy Kimmel LIVE, 0.9/4 with an encore.

* From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET Wednesday night, ABC's NIGHTLINE averaged a 1.4/4 in metered-market households and a 0.5/3 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

* From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon (1.4/5 in metered-market households) beat CBS's LATE LATE SHOW WITH Craig Ferguson (1.1/4). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, LATE NIGHT (0.4/3 in 18-49) topped LATE LATE SHOW (0.3/2).

* At 1:35 a.m., Last Call with Carson Daly averaged a 0.8/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.3/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.

For the Week:

* For the week of March 4-10, NBC averaged a 1.1 rating, 3 share in adults 18-49 and 3.5 million viewers overall, according to "live plus same day" viewing data from Nielsen Media Research.

* NBC's top shows last week included The Biggest Loser which averaged a 2.2 rating in adults 18-49, and ALL-STAR CELEBRITY APPRENTICE, which earned a 1.8. BIGGEST LOSER matched a five-week high in 18-49 rating and CELEBRITY APPRENTICE grew versus the prior week's season-premiere rating.
