NBC's coverage of the 2015 French Open begins this Sunday, May 24, at 1 p.m. ET with live opening-round coverage, and culminates with the live Women's Final on June 6 and the live Men's Final on June 7.
Defending champion Rafael Nadal headlines the men's field with a record nine French Open titles (2005-2008, 2010-2014), while No. 1 ranked Novak Djokovic, beaten in last year's final by Nadal, looks to complete his career grand slam at Roland Garros.
Top-ranked Serena Williams is a two-time French Open champion, and returns to Roland Garros following a second-round loss last year. Williams faces competition from two-time French Open winner and defending champion Maria Sharapova.
COMMENTATORS: Host Ted Robinson anchors NBC's coverage, joined by analysts John McEnroe andMary Carillo. This is Robinson's 16th French Open in the anchor chair for NBC. McEnroe and Carillo teamed to win the mixed doubles title at the 1977 French Open. This is NBC's 33rd consecutive year televising the event.
