The Denver Broncos' come-from-behind 21-20 victory over the Carolina Panthers in a SUPER BOWL 50 rematch on NBC last night averaged a Total Audience Delivery (TAD) of 25.4 million viewers across NBC and NBC Sports Digital platforms - marking the fourth consecutive year that NBC Sports' presentation of the "NFL Kickoff" game topped 25 million viewers, according to Fast National data released today by The Nielsen Company, and digital data from Adobe Analytics.

The NBC-only broadcast of Panthers-Broncos averaged 25.2 million viewers. The average minute audience for last night's live stream via the NBC Sports app, NBCSports.com, NBC.com 'TV Everywhere,' and NFL Mobile from Verizon was 278,000 viewers.

Since SUPER BOWL 50 on Feb. 7, there have been 11 shows to average at least 25 million TV-only viewers - 9 of those shows were on NBC (last night's "NFL Kickoff" Game + 8 nights of the 2016 Rio Olympics).

NBC-only viewership for the game peaked from 9:30-9:45 p.m. ET with 27.7 million viewers.

Last night's game (8:41-11:53 p.m. ET) registered a TV-only national household rating of 14.6/27.

NBC Sports Digital's live stream of last night's "NFL Kickoff" generated record-setting digital numbers. Fans consumed 61.8 million live streaming minutes, setting a record as the highest-trafficked non-Olympic, non-Super Bowl live stream in NBC Sports Digital history.

The 61.8 million minutes topped by 68% last year's "NFL Kickoff" game (36.9 million minutes). NBC Sports Digital also posted a record-setting 1.2 million unique viewers for Panthers-Broncos - a 75% increase from last year's "NFL Kickoff" game (693,000).
