NBC Wins Premiere Week in 18-49 Demo

NBC has finished #1 in 18-49 rating for premiere week, averaging a 2.9 rating to top #2 Fox and its 2.6. This is NBC's first outright premiere-week win in nine years (since 2003). NBC also tied ABC for #1 in 2007 (ABC had a slight edge in 18-49 viewers that year).

NBC is up versus last year's premiere week by 12 percent (2.9 vs. 2.6) and is also up year to year in total viewers (8.2 million vs. 7.5 million). NBC is the only network among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox that's up versus last year's premiere week in either category.

This is NBC's top-rated premiere week in 18-49 in four years (since 2008).

In adults 18-49, NBC's schedule included:

· The #1 show of the week, "Sunday Night Football."

· The #1 and #2 unscripted shows of the week, the Monday and Tuesday editions of "The Voice."

· The #1 new series, "Revolution."

· The #2 new comedy, "Go On."
