Ties the "Bachelor" special in adults 25-54. Finishes within 0.3 of the slot lead in adults 18-49 (1.3 vs. 1.6 for the "Bachelor" special). Finishes within 0.3 of last week's premiere rating in 18-49 (1.3 vs. 1.6), and note:ABC's rating in the hour is up +167% week to week with last night's "Bachelor" competition in 18-49 (1.6 vs. 0.6 for "When We Rise, Part 1) and +108% in total viewers (5.436 million vs. 2.616 million). Delivers a +29% margin of victory versus last night's competition from ABC's penultimate week of "The Bachelor" in 18-49 (2.7 vs. 2.1 from 8-10 p.m.) and wins by +5.4 million persons or +80% in total viewers (12.097 million vs. 6.730 million). Is up +29% versus what "Voice" was averaging as it closed its prior cycle in 18-49 (2.7 vs. 2.1 for last fall's final four Monday episodes) and +19% in total viewers (12.097 million vs. 10.188 million). Is up +3% versus the second Monday episode of the prior cycle in total viewers (12.097 million vs. 11.723 million on Sept. 26, 2016). In Late-Night Metered Markets Monday Night: In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.0/5 with an encore telecast; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 2.7/7; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.8/5.
In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.6/3 with an encore; "Late Show," 0.5/3; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.6/3.
From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.3/4 in metered-market households and a 0.4/3 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, ratings were: "Late Night with Seth Meyers," 1.0/4 in metered-market households with an encore; CBS's "Late Late Show," 1.2/5. In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, averages were: "Late Night," 0.3/2 in 18-49 with an encore; "Late Late Show," 0.3/2.
At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
