NBC's MAYA AND MARTY (1.4/5 in 18-49, 5.3 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET): Jumps +17% week to week in 18-49 (1.4 vs. 1.2) and +14% in total viewers (5.286 million vs. 4.651 million). Pulls within just 0.1 of a point of the show's May 31 series premiere in 18-49 (1.5). Wins the time period among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-49.

Ranks #1 or tied for #1 among those nets in every key demo.

Will add significant viewership via time-shifting - the previous week's "Maya & Marty" grew by +16% in 18-49 (1.15 to 1.33) and 715,000 viewers overall (4.7 million to 5.4 million) going from L+SD to L+3.

"America's Got Talent" (2.5/9 in 18-49, 11.2 million viewers overall from 8-10 p.m. ET): Ranks as the #1 show of the night on the Big 4 in adults 18-49, total viewers and every other key category.

Is up +9% week to week in 18-49 (2.5 vs. 2.3, and is +14% vs. last week's 2.2 in these prelim fast-affiliate ratings) and +4% in total viewers (11.189 million vs. 10.793 million).

Increases +9% versus the same night last year in 18-49 (2.5 vs. 2.3 from 8-10:01 p.m. on June 16, 2015), and is up +10% in total viewers (11.189 million vs. 10.183 million).

Grows +38% from its first half-hour to its fourth in adults 18-49 (2.1 to 2.9) and by +3.1 million viewers overall (9.5 million to 12.6 million).

Will add substantial viewership via time-shifting - the prior week's "Talent" increased by +28% in 18-49 (2.26 to 2.89) and 2.1 million viewers overall (10.8 million to 12.9 million) going from L+SD to L+3, generating the biggest total-viewer lift of the night on ABC, CBS, NBC or Fox.

In Late-Night Metered Markets Tuesday Night: In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.6/7; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 2.0/5; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.9/5 with an encore.

In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.9/4; "Late Show," 0.4/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.6/3 with an encore.

From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.3/4 in metered-market households and a 0.4/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.1/4 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show" (1.0/4). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.4/3 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/2).

At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
