The premiere of THE RIVERAS the new celeb-reality series on NBC UNIVERSO, the modern entertainment and sports cable channel, delivered its highest non-sports premiere among total viewers and adults 18-49, according to Nielsen. Following the children of late Mexican-American music icon Jenni Rivera, the series averaged 229,000 total viewers and 154,000 adults last night, and ranked as the #1 Hispanic cable entertainment program in primetime among total viewers and adults 18-49.
On social media, "The Riveras" generated a total of 165,000 global actions on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram,
BECOMING the most socially engaging premiere in
NBC UNIVERSO history. The night of the premiere, a Facebook Live stunt generated 885,000 lifetime global views through a total of five broadcasts.
On this new reality show viewers will get to see Jenni's five children: Chiquis, Jacqie, Mikey, Jenika and Johnny, as they step up and pull together to pursue their biggest dreams, with humor and love. "The Riveras" is executive produced by Gloria Medel Solomons for
