NBC Universo to Air Upcoming Watford F.C. Matches

NBC Deportes today announced that it has added three upcoming Watford F.C. games, featuring Mexican Defender Miguel Layún, to its telecast line-up of the Premier League on NBC UNIVERSO. Beginning this Sat., Aug. 15, NBC UNIVERSO will air live the Watford vs. West Bromwich Albion fixture beginning at 9:55a ET / 6:55p PT. Then on Sat. Aug. 29, fans of Layùn and Watford can tune-to to the Manchester City vs. Watford match at 9:55a ET / 6:55p PT. And on Sat., Sept. 12, Watford vs. Swansea City will kick-off on the network beginning at 9:55a ET / 6:55p PT. These and all upcoming matches will also be available on NBCDeportes.com and the NBC Deportes EN VIVO EXTRA mobile app.

This season, marks Watford's return to the Premier League after an eight-year hiatus; and during its debut last week, Layún, led the charge for his club by scoring his first goal as a Hornet early in the game. His efforts and that of his teammates, earned Watford one point, as a defiant Everton squad fought back and ended the CONTEST in a 2-2 draw.

The addition of the Watford games to NBC UNIVERSO's telecast of the Premier League allows fans of Layún, who, as member of the Mexico National Team and former member of Club América of Liga MX, has amassed a strong legion of supporters who want to see him in action.
