NBC Sports Group's Premier League coverage this week is highlighted by top-tier matches, with Everton v. Manchester City this Sunday, August 23, at 11 a.m. ET on NBCSN and TELEMUNDO, and Arsenal v. Liverpool this Monday, August 24, at 3 p.m. ET on NBCSN and NBC UNIVERSO.
Everton and U.S. Men's National Team goalkeeper Tim Howard face Manchester City after a 3-0 win at Southampton on Saturday. Manchester City enter the match coming off a 3-0 win of their own against reigning champions Chelsea, which featured a goal from last season's league-leading scorer Sergio Aguero.
Sunday's match between Chelsea and last season's runners-up Manchester City averaged 818,000 viewers on
NBCSN to rank as the most-watched August Premier League match in U.S. cable television history. In addition, the match ranks as
NBC Sports Live Extra's most-streamed Premier League match ever with 96,000 unique users.
Arsenal won 2-1 over Crystal Palace on Sunday, thanks in part to a stunning volley from Olivier Giroud, while Liverpool come off a 1-0 win over Bournemouth yesterday.
NBC Sports Group's lead Premier League play-by-play announcer Arlo White calls both Everton v. Manchester City and Arsenal v. Liverpool, alongside analyst Lee Dixon.
Weekend Premier League coverage begins at 7 a.m. ET this Saturday, August 22, with
