NBC Sports to Present Live Coverage of New Balance Indoor Grand Prix Track & Field Event

NBCSN presents two hours of live coverage of the New Balance Indoor Grand Prix this Sunday, Feb. 14, at 4 p.m. ET from the Reggie Lewis Center in Boston, Mass. The New Balance Grand Prix is the second competition in the 2016 USATF Indoor Championship Series and the IAAF World Indoor Tour.

Coverage of the New Balance Indoor Grand Prix includes the following events: men's and women's 60m, women's 60m hurdles, men's and women's 300m, men's 600m, men's 1000m, women's 1500m, men's and women's 3000m, men's and women's pole vault, the men's mile, and women's long jump.

The competition features 2012 Olympic gold medalist Jenn Suhr in the women's pole vault and a deep field in the women's 60m hurdles, including two-time Olympic 100m hurdles medalist Dawn Harper-Nelson and three-time Olympian Lolo Jones (two Summer Games and one Winter Games). Two of the top U.S. sprinters, Tori Bowie, who earned bronze in the 100m at the 2015 World Championships, and English Gardner, who was the fastest American woman last year, will compete in the women's 60m. The women's field also features three-time Olympic medalist Meseret Defar of Ethiopia competing in the 3000m, and Brenda Martinez, who earned a bronze medal for the U.S. in the 800m at the 2013 World Championships, competing in the 1500m.

The men's field is highlighted by 2012 Olympic decathlon gold medalist Ashton Eaton competing in the 60m and pole vault, and rising star Trayvon Bromell in the men's 60m. Bromell took home bronze for the U.S. at the 2015 World Championships in the 100m event. The men's field also includes 2015 world champion Shawn Barber of Canada in the pole vault.

Kenny Albert hosts the telecast, joined by Tim Hutchings, Ato Boldon, Todd Harris and Adam Nelson from the Reggie Lewis Center on the campus of Roxbury Community College in Boston, Mass.
