NBC Sports Group presents coverage of the 2017 FRENCH OPEN, beginning this Sunday, May 28, live at Noon ET on NBC with the first round from the Stade Roland Garros in Paris, France. Live coverage culminates with the women's final on Saturday, June 10, at 9 a.m. ET and the men's final Sunday, June 11 at 9 a.m. ET on NBC.

The Friday, June 9, men's semifinal round will be carried live on the East Coast at 11 a.m. ET on NBC, and will also be live to all time zones at 11 a.m. ET/8 a.m. PT on NBCSN.

Reigning French Open champion Novak Djokovic completed his career Grand Slam at Roland Garros last year, while 14-time Grand Slam champion Rafael Nadal, who's won a record nine French Open titles (2005-2008, 2010-2014), returns after withdrawing from competition in 2016 due to an injury. They'll be joined by top-ranked Andy Murray, who lost to Djokovic in last year's French Open final before winning Wimbledon and the gold medal at the Rio Olympics, as well as rising stars Alexander Zverev, who won the Italian Open title over Djokovic, and Dominic Thiem, who beat Nadal in the quarterfinals of the Italian Open.

The women's field is led by reigning French Open champion Garbine Muguruza, along with Simona Halep, who reached the 2014 French Open final, and Italian Open champion Elina Svitolina.

Host Ted Robinson anchors NBC's coverage, joined by analysts John McEnroe and Mary Carillo. This is Robinson's 18th French Open in the anchor chair for NBC. McEnroe and Carillo teamed to win the mixed doubles title at the 1977 French Open.

NBC AND THE FRENCH OPEN: In 1975, NBC became the first American television network to provide coverage of the French Open when the network signed a three-year deal with the French Tennis Federation. The tournament was covered by CBS from 1980-82 and returned to NBC in 1983, where it has remained since. This is NBC's 35th consecutive year televising the event.
