NBC Sports football commentators to discus, debate and determine the most significant people in the history of each conference in the NFL. At 6 p.m. ET, the Pro Football Talk team will take a look at the NFC and recognize the players, coaches and executives who had the largest impact on the conference. At 7 p.m. ET, Pro Football Talk will turn its attention to the other side of
The League and look at those who were most dominant and most active in shaping the AFC.
Due to Tour De France coverage, Pro Football Talk will be on hiatus from July 3 - July 19. Pro Football Talk will return to
NBC Sports Network on Monday, July 22 with all new episodes at 5 p.m. ET.
In the spirit of Mount Rushmore, Pro Football Talk's "Faces of the Franchise; Who's on Your Team's Mount Rushmore?" series was created to determine the four most influential people in the history of each NFL team. Over the course of 19 episodes, Florio, Kuselias, regular Pro Football Talk experts and guest analysts discussed and ultimately selected their own Mount Rushmore for each team. In addition, fans had the opportunity to vote on ProFootballTalk.com for their own Mount Rushmore selections.
Throughout the series, authorities on each team, including former players, coaches, and executives also appeared on Pro Football Talk to participate in the conversation.
