WINNIPEG JETS AT VEGAS GOLDEN KNIGHTS - GAME 4 TONIGHT AT 8 P.M. ET ON NBCSN

The expansion Golden Knights took a 2-1 series lead on Wednesday with a 4-2 win over the Jets in Game 3. Jonathan Marchessault, who leads the club in both goals and points this postseason, scored twice for Vegas, including the first goal of the game just 35 seconds into the first period. Winnipeg's Mark Scheifelenotched his league-leading 13th and 14th goals of the playoffs in the loss. The Jets now trail in a series for the first time during this postseason and have lost consecutive games for the first time since March. With the victory, Vegas is now two wins shy of matching Florida's record for the most wins in a postseason debut (12) set in 1996.

WASHINGTON CAPITALS AT TAMPA BAY LIGHTNING - GAME 5 SATURDAY AT 7:15 P.M. ET ON NBC

Alex Killorn netted the go-ahead goal in the third period and the Lightning defeated the Capitals, 4-2, on Thursday to erase a 2-0 series deficit. Andrei Vasilevskiy made 36 saves in Tampa Bay's second consecutive road victory of the series. With his goal in Game 4, Evgeny Kuznetsov now has 21 points in these playoffs, tying Alex Ovechkin's franchise record for a single postseason. Tampa Bay has scored a power-play goal in nine straight games, becoming the first team to do so in a single postseason since the Sabres in 1999. The road team has won every game of this series.
