NBC Sports Group continues its presentation of the 2017 Formula One season this weekend with comprehensive coverage of the F1 Bahrain Grand Prix, as Mercedes' Lewis Hamilton and Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel clash at Bahrain International Circuit on Sunday at 11 a.m. ET on CNBC. In addition, NBCSN will present coverage of this weekend's Red Bull Air Race event from San Diego, Calif., early Monday morning at 1 a.m. ET/late Sunday night at 10 p.m. PT, immediately following NHL Stanley Cup Playoff coverage.

NBCSports.com and the NBC Sports app - NBC Sports Group's live streaming product for desktops, mobile devices, tablets, and connected TVs - will provide streaming coverage of this week's Formula One and Red Bull Air Race action.

The 2017 F1 campaign drives on to Bahrain this weekend for the third event of the season. Lewis Hamilton won last weekend's event in China for his first victory of the season, holding off rival Sebastian Vettel, who won the season opener in Melbourne. The two have set the stage for what appears to be a season-long duel atop the standings. Hamilton and Vettel have combined to win seven of the last nine F1 Drivers' Championships.

Live coverage begins exclusively on NBCSports.com and the NBC Sports app tomorrow at 7 a.m. ET with Practice 1, followed by NBCSN's live coverage of Practice 2 at 11 a.m. ET. Streaming coverage continues 9 a.m. ET with Practice 3, followed by qualifying at 12:30 a.m. ET on NBCSN. F1 Countdown airs Sunday at 10:30 a.m. ET on CNBC, leading into live coverage of the Bahrain Grand Prix at 11 a.m. ET, and full race analysis on F1 EXTRA at 1 p.m. ET on CNBC. NBCSN will air an encore presentation of the race at 4 p.m. ET.

Lead F1 announcer Leigh Diffey will call this weekend's action, and will be joined by veteran analyst and former racecar driver David Hobbs, and analyst and former race mechanic for the Benetton F1 team Steve Matchett. F1 insider Will Buxton will serve as the team's on-site reporter from Bahrain International Circuit.

NBCSN presents the second event of the Red Bull Air Race season this Monday morning at 1 a.m. ET/late Sunday night at 10 p.m. PT, immediately following Stanley Cup Playoff coverage. Nicolas Ivanoff won the most recent event in San Diego, which was held in 2009. Martin Sonka won his first career Red Bull Air Race event at the season opener in Abu Dhabi, while veteran American Red Bull Air Race pilot Michael Goulian finished in sixth place. Coverage of the event begins on NBCSports.com and the NBCSports app on Saturday at 7 p.m. ET with streaming coverage of qualifying.
