NASCAR AMERICA, NBCSN's weekday show dedicated to stock car racing, shifts one hour later to 6 p.m. ET beginning Monday, June 13th. Viewers can catch comprehensive NASCAR news, highlights and driver interviews each evening, delivered by NBC Sports Group's multifaceted team of NASCAR hosts, analysts and reporters. Throughout the year NBCSN will also present "supersized" 90-minute Monday editions of NASCAR AMERICA that deliver in-depth analysis and highlights of all the weekend's racing action.

NASCAR America's new start time arrives just three weeks prior to NBC Sports' 2016 debut of live NASCAR Sprint Cup and XFINITY racing, set to unfold over Independence Day weekend celebrations from Daytona International Speedway, and highlighted by the Coke Zero 400 on Saturday, July 2nd at 7:45 p.m. ET.

"With our new 6 p.m. ET start time for NASCAR America, we believe more fans will have an opportunity to engage and hear the stories and perspectives of NASCAR's new and current stars," said Jeff Behnke, VP of NASCAR Production for the NBC Sports Group. "We're also pleased to introduce 90-minute Monday editions in order to deliver a comprehensive and entertaining recap of all the weekend action."

NASCAR America's shift to 6 p.m. ET opens NBCSN's 5 p.m. ET hour for expanded live coverage of the network's tent pole properties, including Tour de France action in July, the return of PREMIER LEAGUE SOCCER in August and NASCAR content, including Sprint Cup qualifying on most Fridays between July and November.

NASCAR America premiered in February of 2014, following Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s Daytona 500 victory and NBC Sports Group's multi-platform coverage of the 2014 Olympic Winter Games in Sochi. Originally a 30-minute news and highlights program, NASCAR AMERICA has since grown to become the home of the most relevant and revered voices in the sport.

NASCAR on NBC's on-air team consists of 12 experienced motorsports professionals all returning for a second season with NBC Sports Group. Lead race announcer Rick Allen returns to the broadcast booth alongside Daytona 500-winning crew chief Steve Letarte and 21-time Sprint Cup race winner Jeff Burton. Krista Voda hosts pre- and post-race coverage, alongside NASCAR Hall of Fame driver Dale Jarrett and analyst Kyle Petty. Reporters Marty Snider, Mike Massaro, Kelli Stavast, and Dave Burns report from pit road in 2016, in tandem with NBCSports.com lead motorsports writer Nate Ryan and features reporter Rutledge Wood.

Originating from NBC Sports Group's headquarters in Stamford, Conn., NASCAR AMERICA has two additional locations, NBC Sports Charlotte in Charlotte N.C., and Burton's Garage located in Huntersville, N.C. The supplementary locations allow NASCAR AMERICA to report directly from NASCAR's heartland, hosting drivers weekly as guest analysts and contributors.
