NBC Sports Group will present more than 32 hours of coverage of the Dew Tour ION Mountain Championships this week from Breckenridge, Colo., including four hours of live television coverage on NBC and NBCSN, and 32 hours of digital coverage live streamed on NBC Sports Live Extra (http://stream.nbcsports.com/liveextra/about.html) and DewTour.com (http://www.dewtour.com/).
Featuring the world's top freeski and snowboard athletes, the Dew Tour
ION Mountain Championships will bring together the country's best male and female pro superpipe and slopestyle athletes, along with an array of international talent looking to
Capture the Dew Cup. The event will serve as the first official USSA selection event of the 2013-2014 season, and the first ever USSA selection event for freeski and slopestyle disciplines. Athletes competing in the event include, Shaun White, Louie Vito, Danny Davis, Kelly Clark, Torin Yater-Wallace and Bobby Brown
Television coverage begins Saturday at Noon ET on NBC, and continues through the weekend on
NBC and NBCSN. Veteran play-by-play announcer Todd Harris will lead
NBC and NBCSN's coverage of the Dew Tour. Harris will be joined by Carolyn Manno (host), Todd Richards (analyst), Luke Van Valin (analyst) and Tina Dixon (reporter).
For the first time ever, all practice, qualifying, and finals of the Dew Tour
ION Mountain Championships will be streamed live on
NBC Sports Live Extra (http://stream.nbcsports.com/liveextra/about.html) and DewTour.com (http://www.dewtour.com/). Online coverage will begin Thursday at 11 a.m. ET on
