Potter will lead and produce an untitled comedy that centers on "a woman, juggling a busy family life and three ex-husbands, who begins to date again." Sherry Bilsing-Graham and Ellen Kreamer co-wrote the script.
SHARING follows "disparate groups of people who work side-by-side in a shared office space." The pilot is penned by Jeremy Bronson, who also executive produces with Fallon, Rick Schwartz and Damian Lanigan.
Aside from Parenthood, Potter has starred on TV in Trust Me and Boston Legal. Fallon previously produced the series Guys with Kids and has appeared on TV in SNL, 30 Rock and more.
