Greg Poehler's WELCOME TO SWEDEN has been left out in the cold.

USA Today writes that NBC has cancelled the sophomore comedy, based on Greg's real-life experiences and co-executive produced by his sister, Amy. Filmed in Sweden and featuring both American and Swedish actors, the series was broadcast both in the U.S. and abroad.

HOLLYWOOD GAME NIGHT will take the show's place this Sunday while the network deliberates when to air the remaining episodes.

About WELCOME TO SWEDEN:

Bruce and Emma seem to be the perfect couple. He's a successful money manager to the stars, she's a kind and beautiful banker from Sweden, and they both believe they've finally found their true soul mate. So when Emma makes the life-changing decision to accept a prestigious job in her native Stockholm, she fears she may have to kiss her love goodbye. But much to her surprise and joy, Bruce immediately agrees to move with her to Sweden and start a new life together.

Of course, moving halfway around the world is a massive undertaking. With no job, friends or real clue about what he's gotten himself into, Bruce soon runs headfirst into the unique cultural obstacles that come with living in a foreign land. On top of that, he's trying to win over Emma's strange and very Swedish family including her parents Viveka (Lena Olin), an emotionally distant therapist, and Birger, a retired sea captain. Thankfully, no matter how challenging and bizarre things get, he has Emma by his side -- because love is universal... even when the rest is lost in
translation.

From executive producers Amy Poehler and Greg Poehler comes a new comedy based on true events from Greg Poehler's life with guest cameo appearances by Amy Poehler, Aubrey Plaza, Will Ferrell and Gene Simmons.
