Miley Cyrus-Themed Episode Heading to GLEE?

Yesterday, October 2, Glee co-creator and writer Ryan Murphy took to Twitter to reveal the name of the fifth episode of the new season. "Epi. 5 is called The End of Twerk. Apologies accepted." he tweeted.

While no further details were revealed, could it be that the episode in question will focus on the World's Most Famous Twerker, Miley Cyrus? It would be hard to forget the pop star's recent controversial appearance on the MTV Video Music Awards last month in which she and Robin Thicke were featured in a somewhat risque version of Thicke's summer hit, 'Blurred Lines'

So it begs the question - will the episode in fact be a tribute to the 20-year-old singer who has recently reinvented herself since her days on Disney Channel's Hannah Montana, or will it simply pay homage to the latest dance craze sweeping the nation?

On the fourth episode of GLEE, titled 'A Katy or a Gaga', the gang at McKinely High will pay tribute to both Lady Gaga and Katy Perry. Guess 'We Can't Stop' what Murphy has in store for future episodes of the series!
