Michael Symon returns to take a road trip to taste the best of the American classics - burgers and BBQ - in season two of Burgers, Brew & 'Que, premiering tonight, January 15th at 10:30pm ET/PT on Food Network.

Whether it is a mouth-watering cheeseburger or slow-smoked, fall-off-the-bone ribs, Michael is going to eat and meet his way through some of the best All-American spots to get your grub on. And what better way to wash it all down than with some of the local brews, sure to make any meal perfect.

"Michael is back to give viewers new culinary destinations to add to their wish list in the New Year," said Bob Tuschman, General Manager and Senior Vice President, Food Network. "Michael gets to do what he loves best, by continuing his journey across the country, showcasing the best Burgers, Brew & 'Que and all the fun and stories that go with it."

In Austin, Texas, Michael visits one of the city's oldest buildings, where a restaurant's Barbecue Benedict have people coming back for more. No trip to Austin is complete without getting your taco on, but a local spot also serves some of the best local brews in the city. During the season Michael also heads to New Orleans to try a kim chi burger, blue crab beignets, and a restaurant in the heart of the French Quarter that has a selection of some of the best craft brews in "The Big Easy." And who says you can't find good BBQ on the east coast, as Michael visits Brooklyn for a new spin on some classic burgers; while a local Pitmaster in Redhook, Brooklyn, shows Michael his take on sticky ribs and bành mí. Meanwhile, a stop at a local brewery in Hoboken, New Jersey, has patrons salivating over Eastern European cuisine at this authentic beer garden. Through 13 episodes Michael takes a culinary trek across the country with special guests, including John Besh, Scott Conant, Jay Ducote, Haylie Duff, Duff Goldman, Ron Ben-Israel, FOOD NETWORK STAR winner Eddie Jackson, and former NFL Hall of Fame player Earl Campbell, along stops in Cincinnati, Kanas City, St. Louis and more, to truly experience the unique and best Burgers, Brew & 'Que.

Chef Michael Symon cooks with soul. Growing up in a Greek and Sicilian family, the Cleveland native creates boldly flavored, deeply satisfying dishes at his award-winning restaurants Lola, Lolita, Roast, Bar Symon, B Spot, Symon's Burger Joint and the forthcoming Mabel's BBQ. Symon also shares his exuberant, approachable cooking style with viewers, as seen on Food Network's IRON CHEF AMERICA and as a co-host on ABC's The Chew. He is the author of four cookbooks, "Michael Symon's Live to Cook - Recipes and Techniques to Rock Your Kitchen," "Carnivore," "5 in 5," and "5 in 5 For Every Season."
