MEET THE ARTISTS

Austin Jenckes (Team Blake) - Duvall, WA
Austin fell in love with music because of his late father, who played guitar and sang as a hobby. His life's aspiration is to share his voice with the world. Austin performs with his Dad's guitar in his memory and wants to make his dad proud by becoming The Voice. Follow Austin on Twitter at @austinjenckes.

Caroline Pennell (Team CeeLo) - Saddle River, NJ
Caroline's parents met in an acapella group in college, so it was only a matter of time until Caroline got the music bug. She learned to sing at Summer Camp and took the skills she learned to record a full album this past year. She's never performed at a large venue before so The Voice will be her biggest audience yet. Follow Caroline on Twitter at @carolinepennell.

Jacquie Lee (Team Christina) - Colts Neck, NJ
In fourth grade, Jacquie had her own type of blind audition when she sang to her family from a closet because she was too nervous to sing in front of people. After embracing her talent, she has since won local competitions and performs to raise money for several charities on a regular basis. Follow Jacquie on Twitter at @jacquieleemusic.

James Wolpert (Team Adam) - Strasberg, PA and Pittsburgh, PA
After attending Carnegie Mellon for two years, James dropped out to pursue music. Despite his family's hope of re-enrollment, he moved to Pittsburgh, where he's an Apple Store Genius by day and musician by night. James recently moved to LA for a fresh start and is hoping The Voice will help jumpstart his career. Follow James on Twitter at @jamespwolpert.

Preston Pohl (Team Adam) - Houston, TX and St. Augustine, FL
At 17, Preston moved out of his parent's house and joined a Christian rock band. He toured all over the U.S., selling 300,000 records and winning multiple awards. Preston is ready to explore a solo career as a singer, and with his passion for writing and performing music, he thinks he's got what it takes to be The Voice. Follow Preston on Twitter at @prestonpohl.

Ray Boudreaux (Team Blake) - Lafayette, LA
Small-town Ray has never ventured far from home, leaving his hometown of Lafayette, La. for the first time ever to go to LA for his audition. At 22, he became a father and stopped performing to be home with his daughter and girlfriend. Ray continues to gig at local venues a few nights a week and mows lawns on the side for extra income. Follow Ray on Twitter at @RayBoudreaux.

Stephanie Anne Johnson (Team CeeLo; Stolen by Christina in Knockouts) - Tacoma, WA
As a tri-lingual singer, Stephanie has been singing on a cruise ship for three years. Although she's traveled the world and had a great experience, she feels like her talents are wasted at sea and wants to share her voice with the world. Follow Stephanie on Twitter at @msstephaniesaid.

Tamara Chauniece (Team CeeLo) - Wharton, TX
Tamara grew up singing in her parents' church. She had her first solo at 7 years old and started to perform at other churches and events. With the help of her mom, Tamara released her first gospel EP at age 11 and her second at 18. Tamara put music on hold to focus on college but has since graduated and is ready to pursue her dream again. Follow Tamara on Twitter at @TamaraChauniece.

Will Champlin (Team Christina; Stolen by Adam in Knockouts) - Woodland Hills, CA
Will has music in his veins: His dad was a singer, songwriter and keyboardist for the rock band Chicago. Today, Will's musical inspiration is his 1-year-old daughter. Since graduating from the Berklee School of Music in Boston, Will has made ends meet by gigging all over Los Angeles as a musician, including singing backup vocals for Glenn Frey of The Eagles. Follow Will on Twitter at @willchamplin.
