Maximum Warrior is a one-of-a-kind competition that tests 20 contestants in 15 action-packed, adrenaline-filled challenges. Presented by MAXIM, in partnership with the Jeep® Brand, Maximum Warrior just released its fourth webisode: Jeep Wrangler Off-Road Maneuvers. In this challenge, the Warriors' driving skills were put to the test by forcing them to navigate uneven and sandy terrain. With the added stress of mock explosions blasting all around them, the warriors had to stay composed, but still complete the course in the fastest time. Challenge #4 was won by U.S. Army Medic with the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment, Cody S., with the fastest time of 4:41.
Jeep® Wrangler Bonus Challenge:
Along with Challenge #4 on MaximumWarrior.com, the Jeep Wrangler Bonus Challenge was also released. Cody S., the winner of Challenge #4, and Mike S., Marine Corps Platoon Sergeant and second place winner, were invited to compete against each other in the bonus challenge, which was hosted in Los Angeles. The Warriors navigated the Jeep Wrangler up and down 35 to 40-degree side hills, a 100-foot canal, j-turns, and a simulated IED explosion. Once they reached the end of the driving portion of the test, they faced a battle with mock enemy forces, and led the extraction and rescue of a captured operator. Warrior Mike S. raced his way to the top and won the Jeep Wrangler Bonus Challenge in the quickest time. He scored overall bragging rights for this competition and walked away with the $3,000 prize.
