Hi-tech billionaire entrepreneur and owner of the NBA Champion Dallas Mavericks, Mark Cuban, will once again enter ABC's "Shark Tank" when the show returns for its third season. Cuban, who participated in several episodes last season, will become a regular on the "Shark Tank" panel.

The show gives budding entrepreneurs the chance to make their dreams come true and possibly make a deal that will make them millionaires. Entrepreneurs who dare to enter the "Shark Tank" must try to convince the panel of "Sharks" -- tough, self-made, multi-millionaire tycoons -- to part with their own hard-earned cash and give them the funding they desperately need to jumpstart their business ideas. But the Sharks have a goal, too -- to get a return on their investment and own a piece of the next big business idea. The critically acclaimed "Shark Tank" made TV history last season by offering over $10 million for investment deals, including one offer alone of $4 million.

Mark Burnett, Clay Newbill and Phil Gurin are the executive producers of "Shark Tank," based on the Japanese "Dragons' Den" format created by Nippon Television Network Corporation. The series is from Sony Pictures Television.
