Margaret Cho is reteaming with Tina Fey.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, former 30 ROCK guest star Cho has boarded Fey's upcoming untitled comedy pilot on Fox.

The project, which is set at a women's college that has opened enrollment to men for the first time, also stars Brandon Jones, Jack Cutmore-Scott, Bonnie Dennison, and Fortune Feimster.

Cho will take on the "series regular role of Laura Thibault, the president of Cabot College who made the difficult decision to admit men into the school. She's further described as a divisive figure on campus and does her best to be welcoming of the male freshmen but is often irritated by their antics."

Production on the Cabot College pilot, which went straight to series, is set to begin in March.

The two-time Grammy Award nominee recently proved her remarkable versatility when she was nominated for a Primetime Emmy award for "Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series" for her hilarious stint on the award-winning sitcom, "30 Rock," where she acted as gender-bending North Korean leader, Kim Jong Il. As a long-time veteran of the comedy scene, Cho has established herself as one of the most daring stand-up queens in the industry. She currently stars in the popular Lifetime series, "Drop Dead Diva," and has embarked on multiple sold-out national comedy tours.

In 1999, she starred in her groundbreaking, off Broadway one-woman show titled "I'm the One That I Want." She took her show on a nation-wide tour, receiving positive reviews every step of the way. Her nationally-acclaimed showcase was then created into a best-selling book and feature film, which helped launch her career as a wildly successful Asian-American female comic.
