Maker Studios, a next-generation media and technology company and the world's largest provider of online video content for millennials, announced today a partnership with renowned fashion and lifestyle brand, NYLON. Together, Maker and NYLON will collaborate on original programming initiatives both for the NYLON TV Youtube channel as well as other cross-platform ventures. The first joint programming initiative will be "Oh, You Pretty Things!", Maker's first-ever scripted drama series starring Francesca Eastwood. The 10-episode series follows a group of twenty-something trendsetters looking to make their big break in the underground music and fashion scene on the Eastside of Los Angeles.

"NYLON has a distinct point of view on all things lifestyle and is a clear partner for Maker and The Platform," said Erin McPherson, Chief Content Officer, Maker Studios. "'Oh, You Pretty Things!' is a celebration of music and fashion, and we are excited to team up with NYLON to bring audiences a new take on the 'millennial drama.'"

"We are thrilled to partner with a forward-thinking company like Maker," said Marvin Scott Jarrett, NYLON founder and Editor-in-Chief. "Together we will create innovative content that resonates with our key audiences and provide entertainment for viewers who define our cultural zeitgeist."

"Oh, You Pretty Things!" will debut Monday, May 19 on Maker's fashion + beauty network The Platform (youtube.com/theplatform). Ancillary content will also premiere across The Platform, NYLON TV and Maker Music channels to compliment the series. Select content will also be found at NylonMag.com, and the soundtrack will premiere on iTunes Tuesday, May 27.

Set in the untamed, palm-dotted hillsides of the Eastside of Los Angeles, "Oh, You Pretty Things!" follows lifestyle blogger Olivia (Eastwood) and her friends-aspiring fashion designer Tennessee (Sarah Dumont), her ex-boyfriend Noah (Tui Asau), her new love interest Shepard (Alexander Nifong) and volatile lead singer, Marcello (Matthew Grathwol), both of indie band We Are The Royals-as they navigate the excitement and tumult of the emerging counter-culture scene.

"Oh, You Pretty Things!" is presented by Maker Studios in association with NYLON TV Productions and We Put Out Entertainment. The series is executive produced by Jessica Gelt (We Put Out Entertainment), Marvin Scott Jarrett (NYLON), and Rico Martinez who also serves as Director. The series was written and created by Brian Canning and Christian Casucci, with music supervision and original score by Tom Biller (Karen O, Kate Nash, Warpaint). The cast includes Eastwood, Dumont, Grathwol, Nifong, Asau, Julian de la Celle, Kyle Leatherberry and Morgan Krantz among others.
