Macy Gray Appears on OPRAH'S WHERE ARE THEY NOW? Tonight

As her North American tour continues, hot on the heels of the release of her eight studio full-length album "The Way" and video premiere of her brand new single "Hands", Soul/RnB/Pop legend Macy Gray will be giving an exclusive and intimate interview on Oprah's "Where Are They Now?", which airs this Sunday on 9/8c on the Oprah Winfrey Network. Previous guests have included Spice Girls Mel B, Raven Symone, Brandy, Nicole Richie, Lisa Marie Presley, Vogue Magazine's Andre Leon Talley and Kristin Chenoweth.

"The Way" was written and recorded by Macy during her last sold-out North American tour and features esteemed guest musician and producer Booker T. Jones (Booker T and the Mgs). "The Way" boasts soulful and uplifting tracks laced with Gray's signature sound, as she covers powerful topics such as female independence, triumph over adversity, self-love and expression.

"I wanted to create a record that reflects who I've become as a woman, mother and artist," says Macy Gray. "This album is very personal to me".
