EW.com reports that MTV has canceled it's long-running reality dance competition AMERICA'S BEST DANCE CREW.  In a statement released to EW, MTV commented,"We are grateful to Randy Jackson and Warner Horizon for having brought our audience seven amazing seasons of dance with ABDC, and look forward to more successful and dynamic entertaining collaborations in the future."

The news marks the second reality show to be axed by the musical network. It was recently announced that the popular reality show Jersey Shore would also take its final bow after the current season. Randy Jackson will continue to take his place at the judge's table on the FOX singing competition American Idol.

"Randy Jackson Presents America's Best Dance Crew" is hosted by Mario Lopez and shot on location in Los Angeles as dance crews perform their hottest moves for dance supremacy and a $100,000 cash prize. Featured on the judge's panel is former 'NSync member J.C. Chasez and artist 'Lil Mama.

Every performance-themed episode gives insight into the crews' emotion, spirit and inspiration as they step up to the challenge and show off their groundbreaking choreography and skills. Viewers from around the country choose their favorite crews via text messaging, phone and online voting.
