In two heartwarming episodes of WHO WANTS TO BE A MILLIONAIRE, contestant Bill Matheny of Saint Albans, West Virginia surprises host Chris Harrison and the "Millionaire" audience with the announcement that he will donate all of his winnings to the elementary school he attended as a child. On the episodes set to air WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, and THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, Matheny, a Catholic priest, pledges his prize money to alma mater St. Francis of Assisi School in Saint Albans as a gesture of gratitude for his start in life.

Father Matheny has auditioned to be a contestant on "Millionaire" at least once a year over the past 17 years. He almost didn't audition this season, but luckily a good friend convinced him to try out once again, and it paid off. Tune in to America's richest game show, and find out how much Father Matheny wins!

The Emmy-nominated "Millionaire" airs across the country weekdays in national syndication. Go to MillionaireTV.com for time and channel. "Millionaire" is produced by Valleycrest Productions Ltd. and is distributed by Disney|ABC Home Entertainment and Television Distribution. James Rowley serves as executive producer.
