With just two weeks before Election Day, more viewers are turning to MEET THE PRESS WITH CHUCK TODD on Sundays than any other show: "Meet the Press" (MTP) was the most-watched Sunday show on Oct. 23, marking its fourth consecutive win across the board and leading as the #1 Sunday show season-to-date.
Delivering 3.608 million total viewers, MTP led ABC's "This Week" by +16 percent (+506,000), marking its biggest win over
ABC in total viewers since June 19th of this year. The network broadcast is up three percent in total viewers compared to the same Sunday last year. Of note, the last time MTP won four consecutive weeks with total viewers was almost five years ago (November 2011).
In the coveted key demo, MTP continued its dominance with 1.081 million viewers, leading
ABC by +26 percent (+223,000). MTP is up +25 percent in the A25-54 demo and +40 percent with women in the demo compared to the same Sunday last year.
In the influential Washington, D.C. market, MTP marked its 72nd consecutive broadcast win as the most-watched Sunday public affairs program and its 24th straight win with key demo viewers.
With replays on MSNBC, an additional 1.454 million total viewers and 348,000 demo viewers watched MTP.
