More viewers tuned into "Meet the Press" on Nov. 3, 2013 than any other Sunday public affairs program, according to Nielsen Media Research data. The NBC broadcast drew 2.816 million viewers, topping Face the Nation's legacy half-hour and full hour, as well as This Week. "Meet the Press" was the only broadcast network to post gains week over week.

MTP delivered an additional 1.194 million total viewers and 586,000 A25-54 viewers with rebroadcasts - 663,000 total viewers and 381,000 A25-54 viewers on the network and 531,000 total viewers and 205,000 A25-54 viewers on MSNBC.

In Washington, DC, MTP had its highest delivery since 12/30/2012, averaging 131,000 total viewers (4.0/12HH), +254% ahead of Fox News Sunday's 37,000 viewers (1.1/3), +385% more than Face the Nation hour's 27,000 (1.0/3), and +524% ahead of This Week's 21,000 (0.7/2).

Highlights:

• MTP averaged 2.816 million total viewers, +5% (+126,000) more than This Week's 2.690 million, +27% (+605,000) more than Face the Nation's legacy hour's 2.211 million and +6,000 more than Face the Nation's legacy half-hour, and +113% (+1,496,000) ahead of Fox News Sunday's 1.320 million.

• In homes, MTP delivered a 2.1 rating and a 5 share, ahead of This Week's 1.9/5, Face the Nation hour's 1.5/4, and Fox News Sunday's 0.9/2.

• MTP was the only broadcast network to post gains week over week.

Sunday's edition of "Meet the Press" featured exclusive interviews with Fmr. Republican Presidential Nominee & Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney and current Democratic Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick; an update on the LAX shooting from NBC News' Pete Williams; and a political roundtable featuring Founder & Editor of The Weekly Standard Bill Kristol, Democratic Strategist & Fmr. Senior Adviser to President Obama David Axelrod, Associate Editor for the Washington Post Bob Woodward and Anchor of BBC World News America Katty Kay.
