"MEET THE PRESS WITH CHUCK TODD" was the most-watched Sunday public affairs program in the key demo this past Sunday, May 22, delivering 1.002 million viewers. This marks MTP's 11th consecutive broadcast win among A25-54 viewers. Notably, MTP has now delivered more than one million viewers in the key demo for the 15th time year-to-date: five more than CBS' "Face the Nation" and nine more than ABC's "This Week."
MTP also delivered 3.475 million total viewers, leading
ABC by double-digits (+15 percent). Just one-and-a-half percent of viewers separated MTP from CBS' half-hour as the most-watched Sunday show, despite MTP rating for 16 minutes more.
Season-to-date, MTP has now narrowed the total viewer gap with
CBS by 76 percent year-over-year and continues to post the largest audience growth of all Sunday public affairs programs: +27 percent in total viewers and +26 percent in A25-54 viewers.
MTP also continues to dominate the influential Washington, D.C. market as the most-watched Sunday program for more than a year (since 3/22/2015).
With rebroadcasts on the
NBC network and on MSNBC, MTP was watched by an additional 1.167 million total viewers and 368,000 A25-54 viewers.

NBC Sports programming, "Meet the Press with Chuck Todd" will air at different times this Sunday than its regularly scheduled times in many markets.
