Logo, the entertainment network for gays, lesbians, their families and friends kicks off summer with the U.S. series premiere of "The Jaquie Brown Diaries" and the return of Logo's original series "Jeffery and Cole Casserole" and BBC hit comedy series "Beautiful People."

Logo is set for the U.S. Premiere of "The Jaquie Brown Diaries," a Bridget Jones-meets-Kathy Griffin comedy about a self-absorbed television reporter who will do anything to keep her C-list celebrity status. Tender at her core, Jaquie Brown will have fans cheering for her as she stumbles her way to the "middle."

The webcam-based "Jeffery and Cole Casserole" ventures into the future of comedy as Jeffery Self and Cole Escola serve viewers a comedic mash up of madcap sketches, bizarre moments and overall mayhem in this sketch comedy series shot entirely from a web-cam. "Beautiful People," the BBC series inspired by the eccentric childhood of style guru Simon Doonan, delves inside Simon's youthful memories and his desire to escape suburban working class Reading, England. This coming-of-age story filled with musical showstoppers highlights Simon's attempts to cope with the oddities of his very eccentric family. All the while, he and his best friend Kyle (or "Kylie" as everyone refers to him) bide their time until they can live amongst the "beautiful people" in London. It's like "Glee," only gayer - and more British.

Details on each series follow:

"THE JAQUIE BROWN DIARIES" (U.S. Series Premiere, 6 episodes - 30 minutes) Premieres Saturday, June 12, 2010 at 10:30/9:30c

Combine the outrageousness of "Absolutely Fabulous" with the status-obsessed Kathy Griffin and you get Jaquie Brown, the self-absorbed reporter fixated on milking every ounce of fame she can out of her small town field reporter job. With the help of her morally bankrupt publicist, Jaquie tries to claw her way to the top of the local news media scene, ignoring everyone she tramples on her way. But when a Bollywood beauty, whose quirky journalistic style is strikingly similar to Jaquie's, steals her thunder, Jaquie does everything in her power to bring her down. This comedy series takes a satirical look at the life of a C-list, local celebrity as Jaquie Brown bucks the system, romancing and diva-stomping her way up the ladder of popularity.

"BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE" (Returning Series, 6 episodes - 30 Minutes) Premieres Saturday, June 12, 2010 at 10/9c

Inspired by the eccentric childhood of style guru Simon Doonan growing up in the suburbs of working class Reading in England, the critically-acclaimed and award-winning comedy series is executive produced by Jon Plowman ("Absolutely Fabulous"). The series returns with its star-studded cast including Olivia Colman ("That Mitchell and Webb Look"), Meera Syal, Aidan McArdle and Samuel Barnett ("The History Boys"). It also brings together youngsters Luke Ward-Wilkinson and Layton Williams who steal the screen as the teenage Simon and his best friend Kyle, better known as "Kylie."

In the new season, Simon recalls a simpler time when boy bands topped the charts and Britney was still a wholesome pop star. Unexpected twists and turns come to Reading as The Doonans receive a visit from the Virgin Mary, meet their new gay neighbors, Kylie's dad arrives in Reading and Simon reveals his secret crush. The season features guest appearances from Dannii Minogue, Broadway star Elaine Paige and famous transgender pop singer and winner of the 1998 Eurovision Song Contest Dana International.

"JEFFERY AND COLE CASSEROLE" (Returning Series, 6 episodes - 30 minutes) Friday, June 25, 2010 at 12 AM Midnight

They're quirky, cute, and totally demented! Jeffery Self and Cole Escola are back with a fresh batch of twisted ridiculousness to take over your television screens in this sketch-comedy, reality series! Internet vlog stars, Jeffery Self and Cole Escola, return to late night television with this webcam ride into a world of sketches, bizarre moments, and general mayhem. These self-professed VGL ("very good looking)" guys are serving up their unique and absurd sketches in this web-to-TV romp.
