Lionsgate & FOX Networks Group Latin America Announce Major Output Agreement

Lionsgate (NYSE: LGF), a premier next generation global content leader, and FOX Networks Group (FNG) Latin America, leading entertainment group, have today confirmed a significant output agreement through which Lionsgate will supply a stellar line up of its premium first-run films for FNG's Pay TV and Basic Cable channels across Latin America. In addition, the channels will have access to popular films in Lionsgate's extensive library.

The deal includes the fan-favorite films Divergent and Insurgent from the popular Divergent Series, as well as Academy Award-nominated film Philomena, and popular Pantelion title Ladrones with Latin American superstars Fernando Colunga and Eduardo Yaez.

The deal was brokered by Iacono, and Maryann Pasante, Lionsgate's Senior Vice President of Sales with Rohrbach, SVP of Acquisitions, FNG Latin America.
