Lindsay Lohan Cancels Upcoming Appearance on ELLEN

As first reported on TVGuide.com, actress Lindsay Lohan has cancelled a scheduled appearance on the syndicated talk show ELLEN.  Lohan has been facing a series of upsets in the past few days.  Nude photos of the actress for an upcoming issue of Playboy were leaked to the press, compelling the magazine to release the issue earlier than planned.  Later in the week, Lohan's pocketbook, containing a reported $10,000, was stolen in Hawaii. 

Reps for the actress say that the reason for her cancellation on 'Ellen' is that she missed her return flight to Los Angeles from Hawaii.  She was set to tape the interview today for a planned broadcast tomorrow, December 15th. The interview was to coincide with the release of the Playboy issue.  

Lohan is still dealing with a host of legal problems and is due to return for a court appearance on January 17, 2012.
