Singer/songwriter Shaila Durcal will host the 12th Annual Latin GRAMMY Pre-Telecast Ceremony (www.latingrammy.com), it was announced today by The Latin Recording Academy. Additionally, La Vida Boheme will present awards in select categories and current Latin GRAMMY nominees Lena Burke of Alex, Lena y Jorge; Pau Dones of Jarabedpalo; Amaury Gutierrez; La Santa Cecilia; and Merche, will perform at the Latin GRAMMY Pre-Telecast Ceremony, which is set for Nov. 10, from 1:30 p.m. - 3 p.m. PT at the Mandalay Bay North Convention Center in Las Vegas.
Additionally, Latin GRAMMY En Vivo will feature a live stream of the ceremony (beginning at 1:30 p.m. PT) and the Latin GRAMMY green carpet (3 - 5 p.m. PT) at www.latingrammy.com. The Biggest Night in Latin Music, the 12th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards telecast, is set for Nov. 10 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center and will be broadcast live on the Univision Network (www.univision.com) from 8 - 11 p.m. ET/PT (7 p.m. Central). The 12th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards Pre-Telecast Ceremony will announce the winners in approximately 35 of the 46 Latin GRAMMY categories. The presentation takes place prior to the evening's telecast -- kicking off a full evening of celebrating excellence in recorded Latin music from around the world. The Pre-Telecast will remain on-demand at www.latingrammy.com for 30 days following the event.
