According to The New York Times, Harmony Books, a division of of Random House's Crown Publishing Group, announced today that they would be publishing the the Glee and Broadway star's debut book next year, titled BRUNETTE AMBITION.

The work is described as a "part memoir, part how-to and part style-guide," that chronicles Michele's time from growing up in the Bronx, to making it to Broadway, and ultimately on GLEE.

"There wasn't a guidebook when I was growing up, that detailed everything I would need to do, and know, to get where I am today," Michele said in statement today. "But I believe I can write one of sorts: not a how-to-make-it-in-show-business book, but a guide to harnessing tenacity, passion, enthusiasm, and hard work to make your dreams come true."
