Lawrence, Fassbender, McAvoy, and Hoult to Reprise Their Roles in X-MEN: APOCALYPSE

According to Entertainment Weekly, director Bryan Singer and producer/writer Simon Kinberg are already planning the next X-Men movie even though X-Men: Days of Future Past has yet to hit the big screen. They are already working with writers Dan Harris and Michael Dougherty on developing a new movie based on the 1990 comic storyline Age of Apocalypse, which involves alternate realities.

Singer stated, "[The movie] won't necessarily create an alternate universe, but there may be some swapping things that I'm playing with."

While not much is known about X-Men: Apocalypse, four things are sure: Jennifer Lawrence will reprise her role as Mystique, James McAvoy will play Charles, Michael Fassbender will play Erik, and Nicholas Hoult will play Hank.

X-Men: Apocalypse is currently slated for May 27, 2016.
