As previously announced, award-winning music superstar Lady Gaga is set to star opposite four-time Oscar nominee Bradley Cooper ("American Sniper," "American Hustle," "Silver Linings Playbook") in a remake of the iconic musical drama A STAR IS BORN. The film, scheduled to hit theaters on Sept. 28, 2018 will also be helmed by Cooper, who will be making his directorial debut. Lady Gaga's role in "A Star is Born" will mark her first lead in a feature film. In addition, she will compose new songs for the film, which she will also perform.
Speaking on her SUPER BOWL performance, Gaga shares, "I'm really happy and had such an amazing time performing at Super Bowl, wish I could relive it all over again." She continues, "I really had a real sense of being in the zone for this performance, worked on it for a really long time, took months, trained hard. Every second I wanted to give the world an day fans what they deserve, a great show. Its really exciting, I wanted to enjoy the moment not just be hell bent on everything. When we first got there I asked my Dad and friends and Mom to come out to the field with me and took a bunch of photos at the 50 yard line."
