ET reports that superstar Lady Gaga is "doing unbelievable" following hip surgery a month ago according to her manager Vincent Herbert. Several weeks ago, Live Nation Global Touring announced that the 'Born This Way' singer would be forced to cancel the remaining dates on her tour following a labral tear.

In an interview with the Associated Press, Herbert revealed that the 26-year-old is, "doing wonderful, doing great," adding that she is, "ready to get back to work" to finish her new album, ARTPOP, which he teased would be "very, very refreshing" and would "push the envelope."

After revealing the news several weeks ago that she would not be able to continue performing, Gaga explained to her millions of Twitter followers, "I've been hiding a show injury and chronic pain for Sometime now, over the past month it has worsened. I've been praying it would heal...I hid it from my staff, I didn't want to disappoint my amazing fans. However after [Monday's] performance I could not walk and still can't."

Now, Herbert assures those same fans that their idol is well on her way to complete recovery. "I can't wait for the world to hear her new music and see her come back healthy, strong and better than ever," he commented.
