LIVE WITH KELLY Announces Five Finalists in Co-Host Search

On today's "LIVE with Kelly," host Kelly Ripa announced the five finalists for the "LIVE with Kelly and You" co-host search contest. They are:

Comedian and mom Dena Blizzard from Moorestown, NJ
Children's theatre director Jason Crespin from Amarillo, TX
High school teacher Richard Curtis from Perkasie, PA
Stay-at-home dad Dax Holt from Anaheim, CA
Actress and reporter Beth Keener from Atlanta, GA

This select group will travel to New York City the week of October 17 to compete live on-air for their shot at co-hosting with Kelly Ripa. On Tuesday, October 18, and Wednesday, October 19, one contestant will be eliminated each day, leaving the remaining contenders to face off in a co-host challenge. On Thursday, October 20, the final two will go head-to-head for the last time, and on Friday, October 21, the winner will be revealed and take the spot next to Ripa as co-host for the day.
