Based on National ratings for the week of May 27, 2013, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the No. 1 Syndicated talk show in both Households (2.6 rating-tie) and Total Viewers (3.405 million-tie), topping "Ellen" (2.5 rating and 3.359 million) in both Nielsen measures, despite "LIVE's" early time periods with lower overall TV usage levels. In fact, "LIVE" has finished as the week's No. 1 or No. 2 talker in Homes for the 19th week in a row.
· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" was up over the prior week for the 2nd consecutive week in Households (+4% - 2.6 vs. 2.5) and Total Viewers (+6% - 3.405 million vs. 3.218 million) to match a 12-week high in HHs and draw its biggest overall audience in 5 weeks - since the weeks of 3/4/13 and 4/22/13, respectively. "LIVE" also grew week to week by 7% in Women 25-54 (1.5 vs. 1.4) to equal its highest rating in over 1 month - since w/o 4/22/13.
· For the 7th straight week, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" posted gains over the same week last year in Households (+8%), Total Viewers (+11%) and Women 25-54 (+7%).
