LIVE WITH KELLY AND MICHAEL Matches Season Highs in Key Demo

During the week of November 10, 2014, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" held steady week to week in Households (3.1 rating) and grew 7% in Women 25-54 (1.5 rating vs. 1.4 rating) to match season highs. In fact, "LIVE" equaled its top ratings in Households in almost 9 months and in Women 25-54 in 7 months - since the weeks of 3/3/14 and 4/14/14.

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the week's No. 2 Syndicated talk show for the 9th week running in Households and Total Viewers, beating "Ellen" (2.9 rating and 3.997 million) in both Nielsen measures.

· For the 2nd week in a row, "LIVE" scored at least a 3.0 rating in Households on all 5 telecasts of the week: Monday - 3.0 rating, Tuesday - 3.2 rating, Wednesday - 3.0 rating, Thursday - 3.1 rating, Friday - 3.0 rating. In fact, on the Veterans Day holiday on Tuesday (11/11/14), "LIVE" delivered its 2nd-best performance so far this season in Homes (3.2 rating-tie), Total Viewers (4.294 million) and Women 25-54 (1.7 rating-tie).

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" has grown over the year-ago week (2.9 rating and 3.871 million on w/o 11/11/13) in all 11 weeks of its season in Households (+7%) and Total Viewers (+5%). In fact, "LIVE" is up for the 2nd consecutive year to its strongest 11-week average in 7 years in both Homes (+7% - 2.9 rating) and Viewers (+7% - 3.819 million) - since the 2007-08 season.
